Research has consistently shown that exercise can significantly impact anxiety and stress while improving overall mood, which makes it especially effective during counselling.

Home-based therapy takes place in the client’s home rather than in an office. It eliminates barriers to counselling for people who would otherwise have a difficult time accessing therapy. Possible reasons include illness, disability, personal crisis, or for lack of finances, transportation, or childcare.
